the origins

With a history littered with food, beverage, service and other shenanigans, owners Ben and Nell have grown and experienced a lot of exciting projects. When a golden opportunity arose to establish an all day, every day, dining experience in the heart of Moss Vale, NSW – they jumped at it.

Flour Bar is an exciting and integral addition to Moss Vale’s and the Southern Highland's renowned food and beverage scene.

Bakery

It could be said that the bakery within Flour Bar is the core to all its other creations – fresh-baked daily selections of sourdough, pastries (including "the best" croissants in the Southern Highland's), cakes, and sausage rolls are available for takeaway and dine-in.

And with the recent additional of the Deli Vault pantry and providore, you can now curate quite the take-home feast.

Wine Bar

Flour Bar is situated in the heart of the Southern Highlands wine region in NSW. While we relish the opportunity to show-off the quality vintages our local maker's produce – we are just as passionate about sharing all wines produced in NSW and beyond.

Our Winemaker's Dinner series is focussed on featuring boutique winemakers, giving our patrons the opportunity to experience wines rarely available outside of cellar doors. And our wine store, within Flour Bar, offers more than 400 options to choose from, either to grab and enjoy at home or while you're having dinner with us.

Add to this our ever-changing seasonal cocktail and mocktail menu and a vast array of local spirits and brews – there isn't much we can't offer whether you are just after a drink with a friend, celebrating an occasion or enjoying a feast.

Deli Vault

The Deli Vault at Flour Bar is a nook of deliciousness – hidden in the old bank vault just past the bar is an abundance of cheese, charcuterie, pasta, olive oils, pastes, sauces, condiments, crackers, sweet treats and more.

Ideal if you want to curate a grazing platter or feast, grab a quick meal mid-week, or load up the pantry with artisanal treats to have on-hand just when you need.

Featuring locally produced products from Mussett Holdings, Stefano Marvello, Alto, Chunky Dave's and Olsson's Salts as well as regionally and internationally sourced artisanal ranges.
