Where are you?

386 Argyle Street, Moss Vale – aka smack-bang in the centre of Moss Vale, Southern Highlands, NSW right across from Leighton Gardens, the train station and on the corner of the main set of lights in town.

Are you really open every day?

We sure are! From 6am–10pm each and every day. We’ll stay open later if you’re good company!
(we even open on Christmas Day for post-early-morning-present-opening-desperately-needed-coffee).

Is there parking available?

We have a couple of spots available out the back, street parking on two sides, as well as the free parking off Kirkham St. If you’re going to be less than 3 hours, then you can even park in the Coles car park about 200m away (and you don’t have to buy a BBQ Chook to do so!)

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Of course! We have gift vouchers that can be used across all of our offerings. Gift Vouchers are available to be emailed any time of day (great for a last minute “I forgot your birthday” gift), or beautifully printed gift vouchers available in store also you can pick-up with your next cofffee.

Do you take reservations?

Absolutely! Making a booking means that we can have a table ready for you rather than trying to scramble to drag some tables together at the last minute. It also means that we can have the right number of staff to make your experience a great one!

Are you wheelchair accessible?

Yes, our rear entrance in accessible by ramp and we have a wheelchair accessible bathroom as well.

Do you have outdoor seating?

Our friends at Council have finally approved our outdoor dining (however, it will probably be another 6 months before they approve the ability to have a glass of wine outside!)

Do you offer any discounts for regular customers?

We keep our offering as well-priced as we can all the time. We offer occasional “Flash Sale” discounts and offers, so sign-up to our newsletters (where all our best stuff is).

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

We aim to get to the post office within 48 hours, then it’s up to the postie, but we’ll give you tracking details so you can follow along.

What happens if my delivery is late and goes missing?

Please let us know! We will do out best to help figure where and what happened, figure a solution, and communicate the in's and out's to you.

Do you offer local pickup for online orders?

Yes, you can pick up bakery and deli goods from 6am. As for booze, you have to wait until 10am

Is there a minimum order amount for delivery?

We have a $20 minimum for delivery.

What's your return policy for online purchases?

If you didn’t like it, let us know and we’ll come up with a mutually agreeable solution.

If you didn’t get what you paid for, we’ll make sure that you do.

If the wine gets drunk too fast because it was delicious, well, that’s on you…

What's your delivery area for online orders?

We offer delivery around the Southern Highlands once per week, otherwise, we can send via Australia Post (sorry, we can't ship the cold stuff)

Do you ship wine orders?

We do! We use Australia Post to ship our orders all around Australia (sorry we don't ship internationally).

Food + Drink

Do you cater for dietary preferences?

Of course we can accommodate dietary preferences. Please ask about options, as not everything is listed on Menu. We treat dietary restrictions seriously and do our best to make dishes that can be adjusted. We do appreciate, when booking, for a note to be included into your booking details so we can be prepared as best we can for you.

What's on your breakfast/brunch menu?

Our breakfast menu is based around amazing local eggs, Hot Canary bacon, our own house baked Sourdough and croissants and delicious produce.

Do you serve alcohol during breakfast/brunch?

Our friends at council have chosen to take our DA enabling alcohol to be served with your eggs benny, and file it in a tray labelled “wait until they phone up 73 times and hopefully give up”. Given that we won’t quit on this, we will continue to call and wait … at this stage alcohol cannot be served until 12pm.

What kind of coffee do you serve?

Short ones, big ones, black ones, white ones, creamy ones … our baristas can do anything! Our coffee is roasted by Mecca in Alexandria, NSW. We even offer a single batch filter coffee.

Do you offer a kids' menu?

Not exactly. We have quite a number of kid friendly dishes, however, if you want nuggets, you’ll have to swing by the Golden Arches.

What's your most popular dish?

Experience has always shown, that the most popular dish is the one we are running out of.

Do you change your menu seasonally?

Our menu evolves with the seasons, and our seasoned chefs ensure the dishes are well seasoned.

What kind of products do you offer in your deli?

We have a huge assortment of products in the Deli Vault from Cheeses, Meats, Pickles, Crackers, Pastas, Sauces, Pates, Terrines, Chocolates, Teas, Candles and much more

What regions does your wine selection cover?

Our wine selection ranges from local, to NSW, to Australia, and a great selection of European and South American Wines as well.

I had an amazing wine recently. Can I buy it from you?

Can I bring my own cake for a celebration?

Yes, although we make our own amazing cakes!

Events

Do you host private events?

Yes, our upstairs Private Room is perfect for a small group (up to 28) to enjoy. If you are needing someting larger, please reach out, we have the main dining spce available for larger events also.

Do you have audio-visual equipment for presentations?

We can help arrange equipment for your event – just ask us and we’ll organise it for you.

Bakery

Do you bake fresh daily?

Our bakers start while you are tucked up in bed (or on your way home from a big night!)
Everything is baked in the morning and sold that day (be sure to check out our 4 AFTER 4 offer!)

Can I order custom products?

You can of course ask us about custom products – we’ll do our best with the time, equipment and creativity we have!

Do you offer gluten-free baked goods?

We haven't forgotten about our non-gluten eating friends – you’ll always find a few bakery products that are baked sans-gluten such as Basque Cheesecake, daily cakes, brownies, carrot cake and a few other specialty treats from time-to-time.

Can I pre-order baked goods for pickup?

Bar + Wine

What cocktails do you specialise in?

Delicious ones! We can shake, we can stir, we can muddle and we can pour. We only use top quality spirits and liqueurs and feature some great local products!

Do you have a happy hour?

Every hour is a happy hour when you are at Flour Bar!

While we don't feature a dedicated happy hour, we often feature wine tastings, BYO Sunday nights and specialty events tied in with visiting winemakers, brewers and distillers from time-to-time.

Can I purchase bottles from your wine store to drink in the restaurant?

You can pick up a bottle from the Bottle Shop and purchase it. It then becomes BYO and we charge an additional $10 corkage.
