Celebrating NSW Wine throughout November

The family pioneered Rylstone as a wine region because they discovered an ancient limestone rich terroir with shallow sandy soils and ultra-cool inland climate similar to their homeland of Burgundy. As stewards of their land and honouring their Burgundian forebears, they pursue a French winemaking style. An elegant, balanced and age-worthy style that captures the exceptional character of their special limestone-based terroir, celebrating the variations of each vintage using regenerative farming with the minimum of intervention in the winery.

WHEN: 6.00pm, Thursday 14th November 2024
COST: $90 per person includes three course share-style menu and wines
