Celebrating NSW Wine throughout November
Wondalma is a family farm made up of a little bit of vineyard and a little bit of grazing land for their cows, close to the NSW rural town of Tumbarumba. The vineyard was established in 1992, originally planted for sparkling wines, it consists of various Chardonnay and Pinot Noir clones. The vines are grown in basalt soil on northeast-facing slopes. The cool temperatures and altitude help to maintain the delicate flavours in the grapes and ensures a gentle ripening period.
